Beneath a Steel Sky (under a steel sky), also known as BASS, the abbreviation, is an exciting science fiction game that takes place in a lonely future.
The protagonist of Beneath a Steel Sky, Robert Foster is an innocent foreigner in a great city inhabited by oppressed citizens that work increasing the height of the towers... while the greedy, corrupt and rich characters remain underground, very well protected of the contamination. Absolutely alone, Mr. Foster will fight to survive and to discover the sinister truth behind its kidnapping.
Beneath a Steel Sky is a graphic adventure of the point and pulse style. In this kind of games, the main character walks, observes objects and if is necessary he picks them up for usage, he speaks with other people and he puzzles.
This game was launch the first time in 1994 by MS-DOS Amiga and Amiga CD32. In 2003, the creators of Beneath a Steel Sky decided to make the program free.
