SnIco Edit is an icon editor to edit icons and Windows’ cursors. It supports 16x16, 32x32 and 48x48 sizes, as well as customized ones. Every color depth is supported including Windows XP alphablending. It stands animated icons (files ANI). It concerns icons from EXE, DLL, BMP, GIF, png, JPG and the screen. It exports to BMP, GIF, png and JPG. Multiple effects like: fit RGB/HLS, rotation and antialiasing. It allows you to open multiple files at the same time.
